16. Reese Peanut Cup and M&M Cookies

This cookie is a delight for kids or adults who love sweets and chocolates. You will get two of your favorite chocolates in these cookies.

Preparation Time: 35 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 10

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup M&M’s

1/4 cup mini Reese peanut butter cups

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

Add parchment paper to a baking tray.

In a bowl, beat the vegetable oil with the sugar.

Beat well and add in the egg. Mix.

Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix.

Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.

Fold in gently. Mix in the M&M’s and Reese mini cups.

Fold in gently. Let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Scoop them out on your baking tray.

Bake for 10 minutes with 400°F.

Serve after 20 minutes.
